Drugs in the Water
I'm doing an independent study at school focusing on editorial illustration about the environment. Right now I'm working on an illustration for an AP story about a study that shows there are trace amounts of a variety of pharmaceuticals in our drinking water. You can read the article here.
The gags tend to focus more on the sex hormones and steroids found in the water, although I did make sure the dog looks tranquilized so that the Prozac-type drugs could be represented. I'll have a color version up soon, complete with text layout!
